Oversaw the buildout, budgeting, permitting and construction of The June House, a high-end home furniture and decor store in Centennial Lakes Plaza.

Founded Bluebird Salon from scratch in 2008 and grew it to one of the top salons in California, winning ‘Best Salon in SLO County’ for 7 years in a row with both The New Times and The Mustang Daily, and consistently outperforming all Bumble and bumble retail salon accounts in the Southwestern United States.

Hired and led a team of 30+ employees and independent contractors and consistently generated $1.35M+ in annual revenue as a single brick and mortar location.

Oversaw the buildout, budgeting, permitting, construction and timely completion of three different commercial locations. Spearheaded successful effort in coordination with the City of SLO, City Council, the Cultural Heritage Committee, the Architectural Review Committee and local residents to push an atypical facade project through.
